The first half , reply to the SAR information seems ok , because it's asking for further data
The DPO is not required to answer the questions about looking for orphan images or manual close match data checks as part of the internal PCN checks
You can require them to supply all copies of orphan images if they failed to provide them , and redacted number plate records around the time of the incident
What you cannot do is question their Internal daily processing , that is not your data
ie. A SAR begets data , not answers about internal procedures3 -

Dear sirs,
Thank you for sending my requested SAR. After looking through it, I noticed that you did not send the PDT machine records from the day of incident, and of payments made, including the VRN's.
I understand that an SAR request allows me rights to my data only, and if you are unable to provide the full data I requested, then can you please instead supply all copies of orphan images, and redacted number plate records around the time of the incident.
I request that this information be provided to me within 7 days from receipt of this email.
Yours faithfully,
Khaggis"
Thanks again for all your help with this.0 -
That seems a reasonable SAR supplementary request to me , so 👍👍👍3

Thanks guys, they got back to me stating it was in the previous file they sent me. It is literally on line on a page so I must have missed it. I've got that now anyway, but that line in particular shows the records of me paying at 19 minutes past the hour. And leaving at 27 minutes past the next hour, along with the attached BPA rules saying 10 minute grace period must be adhered to. This shows I left within 8 minutes of that 10 minute period. Am I right in thinking that looks good for my case? Or could a judge still rule it out?
Thank you all again for your help. When this is all said and done with, I'd be happy to make a donation to a charity of your choice. It's the least I can do for all your help!0 -
Depends how long it took you to pay, but most Judges would find in your favour if you paid for your parking time and the only hold up was the stupid machine or faffing around with a dodgy app.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So will a Judge. Nothing in that could possibly be fair to argue as a breach of contract.
This sort of crap will hopefully be removed in future, with regulation in 2022.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They're obviously trying to argue that I breached by overstaying, but stating I entered into a contract the second my vehicle entered without even stopping or allowing me time to park is where I'm hoping I'll win.
The ironic thing is if my VRN was entered correctly in the first place the grace period would have applied on their system and I wouldn't have even been issued a PCN. I think theyve tried to push it in the hopes I'd just not know and pay up.
Thanks again for the help. I'll keep you guys updated as things progress.1 -
