To bebrair you had no chance of seeing them. Pretty much like the carpark I got PCNd at - all signs low down in bays which were obscured by Parked vehicles and even the higher up ones were in van bays- how convenient 🤔
I'd argue no signs on entry nor markings on the tarmac plus it's poorly lit as well which makes all the difference now winter is here and it's dark in thr afternoon now.3 -
Yes and this was at the height of the pandemic in August last year. where the carpark was extremely busy.1
