With a Claim Issue Date of 12th November, you have until Wednesday 1st December to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it. 

To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 15th December 2021 to file your Defence.

That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.

Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Hi for my evidence I've recently went back to the scene and the PCN notice in which they took above my car on the wall is now gone. What can I do now?

Use that fact in your usual defence template and point out that UKCPM has form for taking photos of cars with a 'nearby' sign temporarily affixed to walls and fences for the photo; as such, the Claimant is put to strict proof about this sign being permanent, given when the D returned to take evidence photos, it was missing.

Weren't they the outfit where a parking operative toted a portable no parking sign, put it next to someone's car and took photos, then took the sign away afterwards, or am I thinking of another fine, upstanding, unregulated parking company?

Plus another thing to add is that it's off on a busy main road and outside on the wall before entering all it says is "this carpark is for customers only". No indication that there are permits inplace. And when entering its soo narrow that you dont have time to look at the other signs incase a car is coming towards you
