Uk car park management privacy

I have recently received a letter before claim (LBC) from Gladstone's solicitors who are representing "UK car park management". In the newbie section it's telling me to get them to send me my info that they have on me to gather evidence and to see their hand. However when i click on UK car park managements privacy link, the link is just blank and just says "this content is blocked please contact the site owner to fix the issue". I used different browsers and it's the same thing. What should I do now?

Send a letter, first class, with free certificate of posting via a Post Office counter. Make sure you include with it a copy of your V5C and a couple of recent utility bills - redacted of anything you don't want them to see, but obviously not your name and address. 

I note the time you posted your question and I'm wondering if you were trying to access their privacy page at that early time in the morning.  If so, it might be that their website is undergoing maintenance over the long holiday weekend - just a guess?

To add - I've just tried myself, and while I don't get the same screen you show above, clicking their link just casts a dark shadow over the page, greying it all out, so no progress there. 

Time for old-fashioned envelope licking, I think!  Good luck.

I went in and out of Iceland in 5 minutes then when I came out i saw the officer walking away from my car and put the invoice on my windscreen. Now a year later. seems like they no longer operate their since the sign has gone and its just a plain wall with nothing on it. Plus the photos that they sent me in the first letter was of the sign and at the back of my car. Would this go in my favour?

He's an attendant not an officer they have no authority they only to stick bits of paper on a windscreen, 5 minutes is within grace periods if proven, they might have been authorized to issue charges on the day so ask for proof. Also demand dated proof of their signage and placement.

Hi I sent a SARS request because I mistakenly parked in a permit bay. I got all the evidence that they have on me. Yet they still sent me a claim form. I wondering if I have a chance to win if I defend it because they was super quick to give me a ticket when the observed time was just 4 minutes.

If course that's grounds to defend.  You know that from when you read the IPC Code of Practice about grace periods
