If they are using solicitors* then you send to them.
They pretty much all do, except sometimes VCS.Jenni x2 -

Sent the Form off today to the CCBC. I said no to mediation.
Chose my local county court, included in D1 the text relating to "CPR 26.2A(3)” opposing paper hearings.
Will be sending it to the solicitors too, or do I send it to the parking firm?
Does the guide to court in the NEBIES thread, or the instructions from the court not tell you this? It won't actually hurt if you send it where it doesn't need to go, but it will do considerable harm if you don't send it to someone who should get it.I married my cousin. DCB legal.
It turns out (I have been away recently) They (DCB) sent me an email around a month ago (almost to the day), which ended up in junk folder. The irony.
Attached to the email was a claimants N180 form. (The form agrees to mediation / selects claimants home court / no expert witness )
In the email they have written the following:
******************Good afternoon
Having reviewed the content of your defence, we write to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim. In due course, the Court will direct both parties to each file a directions questionnaire. In preparation for that, please find attached a copy of the Claimant's, which we confirm has been filed with the Court. Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our client may be prepared to settle this case - in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us on _ within 7 days and make immediate reference to this correspondence. If you have provided an email address within your Defence, we intend to use it for service of documents (usually in PDF format) hereon in pursuant to PD 6A (4.1)(2)(c). Please advise whether there are any limitations to this (for example, the format in which documents are to be sent and the maximum size of attachments that may be received). Unless you advise otherwise, we will assume not.
*************Is it too late to get into contact with them now? I have in the past (as mentioned on this forum) sent a "without prejudice" offer to DCB Legal on the 23/09/21 to settle the case, which they replied to on the 28.09.21 and said no.
Not sure how I missed this email on the 12.10.21, but I have yet to send the N180 in, although its complete and ready to go to the post office.
Thoughts?

Your Claim Form tells you.

Just make sure you use the N180 received form from the court or downloaded from the internet.
Never use the N180 sent by the PPC or their agents.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
