Why not ring the CCBC, number on your Claim Form, and express your concerns? As @Jenni_D suggested earlier.1 -
Thanks
I will try them tomorrow1 -
Finally heard back from the CCBC
despite my earlier non prejudice offer ( which they rejected ) is it worth going into mediation

Mediation:
PPC: Give us all your money
You: No
Mediator: I think the PPC is a fine upstanding and outfit who has made a reasonable request. Give them all your money
You: No
End of mediation.
I hope this clarifies the matter.
You should go back to the guide to court and read up on about what to do next.
At the moment your priority is to fill out the N180 from if the court sent you one, or download one and fill it out yourself, then send it top the court.
Do not use a N180 if it has been supplied by the claimant.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks6 -
This is fully explained in the NEWBIES thread and in the 'Mediation Mary' old thread which shows what it's like.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks.
Sent the Form off today to the CCBC. I said no to mediation.
Chose my local county court, included in D1 the text relating to "CPR 26.2A(3)” opposing paper hearings.
Will be sending it to the solicitors too, or do I send it to the parking firm?
