    Just another thought...
Have you changed address recently and not told the Court or Claimant?

    No I haven’t changed address.

I log into moneyclaim website every few days and the latest update is on the 14th when they receive my defence.

    Since then nothing

Just to be clear... it was 14th September when the CCBC received your Defence and recorded that fact.

Why not ring the CCBC, number on your Claim Form, and express your concerns? As @Jenni_D suggested earlier.

This is fully explained in the NEWBIES thread and in the 'Mediation Mary' old thread which shows what it's like.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Thanks.
Does anyone have a link for the Mediation Mary thread I cannot find it.

Found using Google rather than the quirky search here. :)

  • Thanks.

Sent the Form off today to the CCBC. I said no to mediation.
Chose my local county court, included in D1 the text relating to "CPR 26.2A(3)” opposing paper hearings.

Will be sending it to the solicitors too, or do I send it to the parking firm?
