OPS (Harry) got back to me..."Thank you for your email.
As previously advised the Parking Charge is now with DCBL , therefore for any settlement offer or negotiation, you will need to contact them."
I checked the DCBL website and there not solicitors. Is there any point negotiating with DCBL?
I received this yesterday.

DCBLegal are solicitors!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
There are 3 divisions in dcbl , you are dealing with dcb legal , not ltd , and not the Bailiffs either
So dcb legal , pointless looking at the dcb ltd section or website
They all like to confuse , so when he said dcbl he was technically correct , but lazily or deliberately didn't point out what L meant !! 🙃🙃🙃
Nothing ever comes over negotiation with the enemy1
