Sent the DQ back before the deadline, it is still not registered on the Money Claim website. 
Any idea why? 
Last time round the defence was sent on the 12th and the website was updated on the 14th, registering that the item was receive.

Delays or mistakes at the CCBC , forward it again to the CCBCAQ email address as , keep checking MCOL claim history until it has been logged , check for the email auto receipt from when you emailed it , and aga when you email it today , if necessary , do it and phone them and complain , until it's been logged

A copy should have gone to the claimant or their lawyers too

I posted it in, to the address that was stated on the form. There was no mention on the form that I should email it in.

Maybe not , but it's definitely listed in the 12 steps in the defence template post by coupon mad , because since covid19 started over 18 months ago , email is preferred for everything , including the CCBC filing of the defence and the N180 , plus most courts now prefer email etc too

Read my replies on 14th & 16th September , many weeks ago !

Post relies on the royal mail , correct delivery , a postboy or girl to open the mail , put to the correct department and someone physically in the CCBC to open it and log it ( they had more than one covid outbreak , as did the DVLA where strike action occurred ) . I know a few people who work for government departments who are working from home since march last year

Given that a lot of homeworking is the normal since covid19 started , many people work from home

You bypassed the whole electronic system by going old school as in pre pandemic days , then complain that the old system has failed you despite being repeatedly told to follow the steps posted by coupon mad , post pandemic

Phone them , email them , whatever it takes !

Email your completed DQ to the CCBC now - cc'ing the Claimant.

You should get an automatic receipt from the CCBC.

Seconded.  Email it like we advised but wait till 9am so you get an acknowledgement from the CCBC during opening hours.

Please follow all our advice to the letter.

Done. Even sent them a screen shot of the tracking number, It was delivered on the 17th.

Finally an update on Money Claim site: 

You filed a DQ on 03/12/2021

Your claim was transferred to ROMFORD on 06/12/2021

I have already told them of the dates I am not around to attend.
