Go back to the guide to court in the NEWBIES and remind yourself of what you still need to do, make a list and put dates in your diary so you don't miss anything.
If the N180 doesn't arrive from the court as per the above guide, download one from the internet and fill it in yourself.
Do not use an N180 supplied by the solicitors. The have been known to part fill them in with things that are detrimental to the motorist.

Ok, im probably overthinking this but no one can change the password for the MCOL login section can they?
Ive been logging into it last week, but now I cant get in, its saying user or password wrong. Now ive tried about 20 times using the Claim Number on the CCBC document and further down the sheet is the password..Every time its coming back saying claim number or password incorrect, ive even tried it on my phone and another laptop? And just to make 100% sure ive typed it out in word so I can see its typed correct, pasted it into the password box and still wrong..Very confusing!1 -
Call the CCBC in the morning to see if they can help. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
