Sorry Kieth, there's so much information on the post and I was struggling to find it and then started reading something else further down the page regarding AOS...KeithP said:
What?? I don't understand.Greenballs said:KiethP..Have I not left it to late to complain about the AOS, obviously I can't complain to Super Bowl as it was nearly 3 yrs ago, I won't now have time to contact DVLA... I have no idea what to do sorry?
You are not 'complaining about the AOS'.
You are filing an Acknowledgment of Service as detailed in that Dropbox file I mentioned.
Who suggested you complain to Superbowl? Far too late for that.
Did anyone mention the DVLA?
Is this what I need to fill in?

Just so im aware guys, I CANT IGNORE THIS ANYMORE, basically I need to get the confidence and fight this??Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Correct, you cannot ignore claim forms from CCBC. However, as @ignavia wrote you are in the correct place for help. Next is completing the AoS as @KeithP and @Coupon-mad wrote. See, you've already got the help of two regulars and one who has recently been through it. Calm, read, deal, you will survive.Greenballs said:

Thank you for the advise Coupon-mad...Coupon-mad said:...and then do the Government Consultation please before it closes, to make a real difference. Do that before Friday.
then turn to the template defence thread.
However today hasn't really gone to plan, at 1 point id got my head in my hands and could have blo*dy cried, this is happening now.. I don't have an up to date passport, ran out a few month ago. So the questions asked when trying to register for the AOS apart from my payrol details I couldn't remember. Have I opened a bank account in last 5 yrs etc, taken out a loan and what not etc. To my knowledge, ZERO... but I must have been answering something wrong because I ran out of attempts and then got blocked, there is about 10 or so questions but they don't say which you answered wrong so I been phoning the banks and everything all afternoon asking.. to say this is all very stressful is an understatement...Im going to have another go tomorrow but if by any chance I can't register is there anything I can try or should I just give in, like I said I already have limited funds and if fine doubles id be gutted, after how long this has gone on id hate to just admit responsibility for a fine thats totally unjustified but io can't risk loosing.
