Morning

Some one has chucked me the curved ball again, over the weekend the cat's eye has been weeping, so first thing I ring and booking him an appointment, vet looks mutters, goes out of the room, comes back, looks in his eye again, then says he's EITHER been fighting, scratched it, it could be a grass seed, or the abscess  that she found on the  lid down by his cheek could be cancer, I held it  together while there, but got back to the car and broke down, cat has a collar on, he is walking back wards and very unsettled, he goes back in tomorrow morning for an op to find out what is what. I have managed to get the pain killer liquid into him, via some chicken, just got the drop to do, OH cannot help, so I think I'll be off to find a NN who can help.

Shopping done and away inc more chicken for the cat just in case I need it.

Off to do a bit of shopping or we'll all be starving by tomorrow morning, and neither OH or me are prepared to use DD1s solid toothpaste tablets again!

Kaz, hope they get your cat sorted tomorrow.
 I got a message that the parcel is not coming until much later, so I've taken the last of all our stuff from the loft to the tip and filled up with petrol while out.  Must be about the first time in three months.  So glad we didn't have to pay for a skip.
That's me done now for today as I have a meeting and errand to run later.
Jobs planned for tomorrow if there's time are cutting grass, weeding and tidying front garden as back is now done, mopping floors, cleaning cars.

Fingers crossed that you get good news about the cat tomorrow Kaz.  

I woke up this morning determined to face the week with a positive mindset.  I am also making a pledge to make some time every day just for me.

Early workout done, paid stuff, trip to the library, home to hoover downstairs, make shepherds pies for tea, put clean washing away and put doggie bedding out on the line.

I need to log back on at work at 6pm for a meeting, so will log into my online banking and pay the car bills then might read a new library book for an hour.  Oh and the kitchen floor needs a quick mop.

Dizzy, words almost fail me over events in your life prior to your return.  I honestly don't know how you cope with it all.  I'm so sorry about Velvet Boy; I couldn't mention Kelpie without bursting into tears for three months, and I only had him for three years so losing him must have been a horrible wrench for you.  (((Hugs))) 

Non-flying day today as I was travelling, and will be again tomorrow but I didn't want to read and run.

Been to work then the swedish store - cross because I had to walk the long way round, all shortcuts blocked off, and now my ankles hurt.  On the way back I went to W1lk0 for lots of rabbit food.  Anyway I have my mirror.  And meatballs.
Watched some cop show (traffic cops?) and was all excited as the cars were stopped where I drive to go to work and I could see DS's work. *checks calendar/almanac as is behaving like excited child*.
Kaz fingers crossed.

Hugs to those that need them, especially DM, Dizzy (welcome back!), kaz, Narc0 and anyone I may have missed!
I have had a busy 3 weeks with extra children (which means extra food, extra mess, extra noise, but also extra money 😁)
Then we had a busy weekend  - DD1s hen do (afternoon tea, followed by cocktails in a bar after her dress fitting). Then DS's birthday...I now have a cake hangover! And I have put on 1.5lbs at SW 😭
Today has been a day of finally munching some frogs! Including the massive one of getting the bedroom ceiling plastered! I also have a super sparkly oven & hob, and a clean/less smelly grumpy dog, although I can't take the credit for either of those! Worth every penny though 😉
Tomorrow I have no work, so I will make a comprehensive list in the morning. Our bedroom was emptied this morning, so most of it has now been put back/dusted/hoovered etc. We will need to look at decorating next. Hopefully that won't take another 5 years!! 
Paperwork is my priority tomorrow,  along with some batch cooking as need to get slinky! Maybe some exercise will help....🤔

Morning all

Dreadful nights sleep.  Work meeting tonight that I am fretting about.  Going to do some yoga before I get ready for the paid stuff.  Will be in at work for about 12 hours today but have a hairdressers appointment this afternoon.

DW is on.
