Today I have received 2 more NEW claims from the same parking company.

Both are the same date as 8th September. I have not receive any letters from them as they just make a claim.

Surely that is illegal...

Nope , not illegal , but against the CPR rules or similar

There is a legal case or term for it , but either way you ask for consolidation or to be struck out as an abuse of process

Read the recent thread by Bargepole where he successfully defended a lady on her 3rd case if I remember correctly !

OK, do the same defence but add in near the start, the wording about Henderson v Henderson that you will find when you search this forum over the weekend and read lots of other defences against 2nd and 3rd claims.  It is an abuse of process to issue several separate claims and not advance their whole case first time.

BTW I cannot login on money claim online, service unavailable.
