UKCPM County Court Claim HELP

The list on the template defence thread, that you were following when you got your claim. There is a numbered list.
And the NEWBIES thread has a section with a red heading to grab newbies' attention, called IMPORTANT! Know what happens when!'. This is the second time in 3 minutes we've had to point that out to posters at this same stage. Not sure why people stray away from the advice Announcement threads that are there to stop us drowning in the same questions on every thread.
No criticism of new posters intended - this is very common and we know people panic- but please just use the resources that are here first. Then ask questions if something is unclear and we are very glad to assist.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry I was away due to poor health so I haven't start to do my witness statement yet
However, I have been received a letter from the court on dated 8th October that the copy of my defence has been sent to the claimant's solicitor. The claimant may contact me to try to resolve the dispute, but I have not receive any letter from the claimant to try to resolved the dispute. I have only received their DQ on dated 12th October so nothing is really special. On their letter it stated that if I agree to mediation, I need to inform to Court who will contact both parties to arrange a mediation appointment. I don't agree with mediation so I have ignored it.
On the Court letter it stated that the claimant must contact the court within 28 days after they received my defence if they wish to proceed. I have been monitored on MCOL that the claimant did not filed their DQ and I have not receive the DQ from the Court so it have make me feel suspicious.
I guess that the claimant have failed to contact the court after 28 days, they have failed to contact me to try to resolve the dispute and they have failed to filled their DQ to court. So does anyone know what happens now?
Have it been got stuck out?1 -

The CCBC sent you a letter saying the Claimant had twenty eight days to consider your Defence. What you don't know is when the CCBC sent a copy of your Defence to the Claimant. It follows from that that it is not known when the Claimant has to respond to the CCBC.Further, we don't know what delays there are in the CCBC that means they don't send you a DQ as promptly as you might like. Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back to the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course.3 -

Eight weeks? That's a long time. I'd ring the CCBC and ask if the case is now stayed (frozen) if the Claimant has not yet confirmed they are proceeding?
And to double check that they have not posted out a DQ N180 to you yet.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
