then you phone the CCBC on monday with your login troubles and try to sort it out ( why else would I tell you to phone them up ? )

or fill in the AOS form , scan it and email it to the ccbcaq email address with claim number and personal info , after 0900 am, stating that you cannot login to MCOL (if its still the same on monday morning )

I have already filed my defence at the other week before the 14th Sepetember.

Now I have 2 new claims. I need to do both AOS before I will do the new defence.

On the AOS form, I'm going to tick "I instend to defend all of this claim", I will also put my full name, address, date of birth, signed and date it but what about fax no, dx no which I don't have?

The only one I have is email so do I need to put my email address on the AOS form?

no need to put a fax number

add your email address if you wish , or add it into the email details and attach the AOS form scan , bearing in mind that by emailing it you are giving them your email address as the sender, but dont email the AOS until 0900 on monday and check for an email auto receipt
