    However in para 10 of your WS states:-  (Maybe remove this para?)

    "10.   The facts in this defence come from my own knowledge and honest belief.  I should not be criticised for using some pre-written wording from a reliable and experienced source, which is exactly what this serial litigant Claimant routinely does with their cut & paste statements and responses. The Claimant is urged not to patronise the Defendant with (ironically template) unfounded accusations of not understanding their Defence.I fully understands this defence, and is only signing it after a great deal of research, after editing and adding facts and reading it through several times because the court process is outside of my life experience and this claim was an unexpected shock."

    Would that be okay? Or remove whole para 10?

    I'm just wondering nothing in the witness statement goes against this?

    Yes, I'm the defendent and driver but not the RK. Originally the PCN was addressed to my partner however when I appealed it was in my name. Therefore since that point all correspondence is addressed to myself.
