I have a few pictures to attach as evidence.
In the witness statement would It be okay to just say as shown in attached evidence, or do I need to refer to them as evidence 1, 2 etc.

Exhibits are normally shown and referred to as your initials 1, your initials 2, etc.
Make sure your document is page numbered and 1.25 line-spaced, for clarity.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is there any chance the Claimant can claim more money than whats mentioned on the claim form?
And what do I say if I'm asked why I've ignored any letters?0 -
No if you lose, they will get less than on the claim form because you know how to argue about the banned fake 'costs', now. And rarely do they get 8% interest, either.
You say it's because they looked like scam letters and when you did research it a bit more when they got particularly aggressive, you realised there was no appeal worth trying - it being run by the trade body, who also rely on a self serving Code of Practice - and you were too late to appeal and they'd already added the fake costs now exposed by the DLUHC as 'extorting money from motorists'. So you were stuck with no way to dispute it except in court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi,
I was advised earlier on, on the forum that I should get in touch with the land owner.
So as the area is behind a shop which it proabaly belonged to, I tried to call the shop multiple times without any luck.
On Saturday I went there and realised the shop has closed down and no one available.
Does this make any difference to the case?
The shop could be rented and land owner is someone else as the name on the claim is different to the shop.0 -
Makes no difference. I'd get your WS in!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
