Struggling with ws, 11 days to deadline

Thanks for your replies
The land is not directly in front if the shop my occupants went to.
When I first received the fine I appealed which was rejected.
After that I saw a company online which had really good reviews etc, I paid them a small amount of money and thought it was all over.
However when the ccj came he's backed out and his company's gone into administration.
Now I'm left to sort this mess out myself.1 -
Are now saying you have a CCJ ?????1
-
You said your WS was due 11th March ??1
-
I suspect it was a claim form not a CCJ that made him back out. Quite a few threads recently about this so-called "I will solve your parking issue for £15.00" company/person2

It's not a fine either , it's an invoice for breach of contract
A witness statement is your own work , but for ideas you can look at other examples , but you definitely being find an identical copy and paste WS , so stop looking for one and start composing one1 -
Yes your right, I have a hearing in March.
But since I received the claim form he backed out.0 -
Hi,
I have a deadline to serve ws by 11th March.
I don't think I can produce one, what will happen?
I can write in my own words what happened but thats about it.

If you don't comply with the Order of the Court to supply your WS and evidence, you might well lose the case AND be disallowed from speaking at the hearing AND be held 'unreasonable' due to failure to file a WS, and the Claimants & their legal firm will probably go for the jugular and will try to claim costs of three times the amount of the claim.
Hope you see why it's worth it?!
it is also very easy copying and pasting with your own story thrown in. You can do this, be confident!
The WS by @jrhys and @Nosy are the best 2021 examples of how the bundle and exhibits should all look, with page numbering and evidence, plus your own 'costs assessment'.
But if course there is now more to add to the 2021 efforts!

Happy reading, no need to panic. WS stage is primarily your story but with some standard stuff added to make it more robust from a legal argument point of view, and to protect you from costs.
Show us your draft by combining your story and exhibits and evidence with the examples linked above, including the shiny new words to kill the fake added costs stone dead.

Thank you for your response
I didn't write anything about the costing in my defence, so is it okay to add that to my ws0 -
You did if you used the forum template but I assume you didn't?
Yes certainly you can use this words anyway because you opted to defend in full.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
