I couldn’t find Auto Security Ltd t/as Autosec anywhere on. lists. Has anyone else looked?0

There should not have to be 'audits'. Each request should be checked for reasonable cause BEFORE release of data. This is the main point that I have been arguing. Paper requests are always checked, electronic ones never. This is why people get tickets in the post when they have never even visited the private car park (anpr faulty etc.).ParkingMad said:If a PPC gets a Red grading after an audit by the GIAA, are there any sanctions applied, or are they still able to obtain keeper data, despite a Red audit result indicating a fundamental weakness in control?

They were listed on the BPA AOS in January this year.Castle said:
I can't find them on any of the Audits nor on any of the annual KADOE Lists; so some other company would appear to be obtaining the RK's details on their behalf.Voyeurmse said:I couldn’t find Auto Security Ltd t/as Autosec anywhere on. lists. Yes I know thanks; but, I think Voyeurmse was referring to the Audits carried out by the DVLA, (or the apparent lack of).Umkomaas said:

I think TNC debt collectors obtained keeper details from DVLA0

I think you are right, but there's no mention of TNC or Unity (Services) Limited which is listed as an AOS member and which is trading under various TNC names on either the list of DVLA Audits or the KADOE ListsVoyeurmse said:I think TNC debt collectors obtained keeper details from DVLA
Strangely, according to the TNC Group website; the various TNC names are actually the trading names of Unity Property Ltd, (a different company to Unity (Services) Ltd), and which is not a BPA AOS member. However, Unity Property Ltd was audited in 2019/20 and awarded a FAIL.2 -
The DVLA will write a very stern letter to the BPA who will "assure" them that it will or has been "dealt" with.ParkingMad said:If a PPC gets a Red grading after an audit by the GIAA, are there any sanctions applied
In other words the BPA are saying "Don't worry about it, it's alright he's our mate".2 -
It's clear that is what happens.95Rollers said:
