Let's get them, finally an actual firm willing to stand up to the DVLA bull****.

Has anyone heard anything more? Last contact they sent an "Impact form" to complete but not heard anything else. I guess this is going to be a long drawn out process.

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is the latest email I received today
We write with an update in relation to your Dvla data breach claim.
To date we have selected 10 individuals as test cases to run ahead of the launch of the main action.
Currently we are awaiting substantive responses from the DVLA. This is not unexpected and we have instructed Queen's Counsel to draft the Group Letter of Claim and Draft Group Litigation Order in readiness for filing next month. Once documentation is received we will update the group.
We continue to bookbuild for the main action and numbers are growing considerably.A further update will follow shortly.

I wonder if it is it widely known that the directors of the IPC (one of the 2 ATA's), the IAS (Their 'Independent' Appeals Service) and Gladstones Solicitors (The nice 'legal' people who send out all the threatening letters for Court action) are all the same people? Check it out with Companies House. (The IPC is registered at CH as 'United Trade & Industry Ltd)
Talk about Judge, Jury and Executioner!!!!!!
Have just fired off a stinking letter to Julie Lennard, CEO of DVLA, Grant Schapps (Secretary of State for Transport and Sir Greg Knight MP (The sponsor of the Parking (Code of Practice) Act, 2019)
Also, as my wife recently got mugged for £60 in Lincoln by an IPC member, I've just registered with Keller Lenkner and applaud their efforts against officially-sanctioned corruption.5 -
Yes, it's well known, although they technically separated not that long ago, no doubt to avoid some difficult questions from the authorities. So now they are separate entities. Nothing to see here, your honour....{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}3
