DVLA MISUSE OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER GDPR - GROUP ACTION - NO WIN, NO FEE
I suppose if a court case against the DVLA ever happens, it will be a mighty battle between barristers to determine the meaning of reasonable cause, and what constitutes a KADOE breach.
And probably the only winners will be the barristers. 🙄

From a very well known case (and we all know how that ended):-
"MR KIRK: I am obliged. The question arises, whether you are going to assess whether a term meets a particular test. What does that test really mean?"
Precedent suggests, allegedly, not the same meaning as the ordinary man in the street!.
