Roll on the day when HRT is available over the counter. It will happen as it has with so many other meds.

I cant help with your HRT but I did find sage oil capsules helpful when I was menopausal. The trouble with HRT shortages have been ongoing for quite a while now. The government keep saying they are dealing with t but from what you say they are not dealing fast enouugh.4

Life is horrifically busy for you, you need to do what’s best for you all.I take soyaisoflavines off amazon and they make a huge huge difference - I also use that patches but a really low dose and between the two they make everything much better, I know if I’ve missed one of themSealed pot challenge 822

DAL - I have managed to get 3 bags of the horrifically expensive paper stuff but wood just seems like mission impossible all of the time. I don't know how bad things would have to get for me to consider clay litter again. I detest it.
I feel very sad at how much fighting I still have to do to make myself heard with my doctors. It has taken almost 4 years and so many appointments to get as far as HRT. If I have been miserable for literally half of the past 5 years or so then I feel it's a great shame. Hope that the HRT when it finally arrives will be of some use.Not giving up

Lovely to see you back. Sorry you’re having such a hard time. Re the cat litter I’ve also been having trouble getting it but have started to click and collect it from pets @ home and they seem to be able to get it then even if they can’t get it on the shelf in store. Might be worth a try xxslowly working towards being MF one small over payment at a time :T4

Hello!
Today has been hectic. Again. I woke up at 5.15am after a traumatic dream about crashing my car into the back of the neighbour's car and it causing a sort of domino effect in a long queue of the neighbours cars. I fell out with the neighbours a few months ago because of their constant complaining about the noise from ds on his Eggs Box. It is horrific and I have tried to stop him, but it really isn't that easy and I have kind of run out of ideas of what to do about it. It's a long story, and I know that ds is sometimes completely unacceptable but it's not like I'm pretending he doesn't do it. I live in a small ex-council house - it's semi detached and his room literally backs onto their house. But I never complain about the fact that they have literally 9 cars and a caravan constantly parked there - and that is a total pain in the a*$e.
Busy day at work - kids very loud and still 28 school days to do before we break up for Christmas (not until 23rd December) then home and had to take my lockdown baby to the vet. He had a dental operation last week and just needed a check up with the vet. He's insured and it has cost me just the £75 excess. Interesting to note that he receives better health care than I do. I often wonder if I should look into getting private health insurance.
Got home then had to finish reviewing a couple of papers and type up my comments - so now I'm on here and catching up before I pack up for the night. I promised my therapist that I would always put my laptop away by 9pm at the latest and I am cutting it fine tonight.
In better news my HRT has arrived at the pharmacy but I haven't had time to collect it yet. Going to ask dd to do that for me tomorrow as she's not in college. Still no luck with the wooden cat litter though - unfortunately Pets at Home haven't had it online for ages either. I check every day.
Full teaching day tomorrow so I will certainly be shattered.
Thank you all for coming straight back on and commenting on my diary - it's so lovely to know you're all still here. Not giving up
