Roll on the day when HRT is available over the counter.  It will happen as it has with so many other meds.

I cant help with your HRT but I did find sage oil capsules helpful when I was menopausal. The trouble with HRT shortages have been ongoing for quite a while now. The government keep saying they are dealing with t but from what you say they are not dealing fast enouugh.

Life is horrifically busy for you, you need to do what’s best for you all.

I take soyaisoflavines off amazon and they make a huge huge difference - I also use that patches but a really low dose and between the two they make everything much better, I know if I’ve missed one of them

  • Lovely to see you back. Sorry you’re having such a hard time. Re the cat litter I’ve also been having trouble getting it but have started to click and collect it from pets @ home and they seem to be able to get it then even if they can’t get it on the shelf in store. Might be worth a try xx
