Hey @LadyWithAPlan may I ask how you measure your visceral fat? I've just bought some new bathroom scales and they have this measurement. Mine is 16 on this scale so a bit to work on hey!

Well done on the wins and MB.

31K steps!!! 😳😂👏 I ‘only’ did 25K the day we moved into here - I thought that was a lot!! 😂 Fair dos 😊

You’ve made me smile at the thought of all the white boards and sticky notes - my work office is evolving into that. What I find interesting is how others react to it - warehouse manager flinches at Greg random wonkiness of it, technical manager goes ‘Ooh, I love things like that! 😊’

I love the whiteboards.    I need to up my game in that area :)

I have just looked at mine and from its previous level of organisation it has become a jumble and is rarely used. As my mood has been down a bit, I need to redo my whiteboards.  Than k you for the inspiration and your side hustle sounds like it might take over - which - would be awesome!     Getting mine up and running took a lot of work but it has paid off in that I can see the benefits whenever I look at my pension pot.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Glad your son is helping the world connect ;) I do love getting my steps in dancing!

@KajiKita yes the white board wonder.. This may be my most whiteboards on the go at one time ....
However it works to keep me on track in a way that Power BI, MONDAY  and all those online Kannt charts never do.
I actually do in the 20ks steps quite often, and always when I go dancing.. I often dance often around my flat.

@watty1 Get those white boards cleaned and working ! I feel so much better for seeing the clarity of what needs doing.,. Glad your side hustle going so well.

EMS today and lunch of airfried marinated chicken breasts,  fried bak choi, mushrooms,  asparagus, onions, celery and some slightly going off greens I fried in there too. Plus a side of huge salad inc organic spinach and a small handful of nuts - my visceral fat is going down..

Grocery Challenge £112.91/£200 11 days in to June ..
Popped into my Morries on way back from gym to get some more organic spinach (4 for 3. I am really enjoying eating loads of spinach whilst prepping my lunch with apple cider and balsamic vinegar, its tasty, nutritious and also apparently helps with blood sugar levels
Spent £20.01  on more greens, nuts (£5), lemons, limes, guac and salsa etc - no meat/fish

I bought lots of food for family this last  weekend which ended up getting frozen  plus I am planning to empty fridge/freezer before I go away so I need to eat down all the food so hopefully I wont blow my budget of £200 - I forgot to get coffee though and am down to a few (won) capusules and some coffee bags so will get tomorrow
    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

I pour small amounts of snack foods e.g. nuts, into teeny tiny bowls / dishes then close up the bag tightly and put it back in the cupboard in the kitchen - I’m not sure exactly what these bowl things are but it does help to control my consumption of them.

Good luck with the date. I’d be upfront with him about who you are and what you plans and dreams are. If he’s interested he’ll tag along for the ride, if he’s not then ‘the rubbish will take itself out’ … 😉

Seriously impressed by by the SIPP growth since 2020. Well done! 👏
