Love reading side hustle progress.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2 -
Sounds very exciting and lovely to see the side hustle flourishing might be telling you something about your main job! Time to switch maybe. Good luck with the freezer ours is the same and needs to be empty before we move.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I’ve not used those hair products but I would suggest using a hair scrubber / massager. I try and follow the curly girl hair method, which also avoids all sorts of things like silicones and sulphates. Just like the listing for those products. When using shampoo that doesn’t lather (or conditioner to “co-wash”) then the scrubber helps with any build-up.

Me too! But I think we can do 'anything' we want just not 'everything' as we all only have so much time and focus. Been a super busy focused week and projections are not on the list.... thats next week.
@Watty1 @TallGirl tx !!
its more a going back to pre covid work and focusing on that, vs new side hustle though my new programme I spoke about 4 years ago when I started here... will be making a small but purposeful intro this summer, got a workshop booked in 2 places (in 2 different continents) so far.
On the Freezer emptying its going slow.. I did buy some YS M&s FR chicken thighs (so lush cooked in spices and lemon juice in the airfryer, and some Marsh samphire (£1.25 down from £5.xx) delicious plus some organic spinach.
Just pulled out some YS turkey mince to make a 'mooshu' like dish - need some lettuce leaves and also defrostng GF sausages in pairs...
I have a feeling I will be throwing some old HM beef stew type things away next week. I am out for 2 days over the weekend.
ROYAL ASCOT - managed a few bets (using software) and up a fair bit so thats good.
Hope everyone keeping cool and properly hydrated! I was at 2 events in London yesterday, one outdoors and had to quickly stop the free frozen margaritas and get on the water..
DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Havent meant to be so awol but I am a very focused busy LaPlan. I have also got busy booking my programme soft launch - after 4 years on here...
Trying to eat down my freezer to turn it off.... far too many beef/bean stew remnants in there for this weather. I also have a load of frozen veggies - i feel a veggie omelette coming on..
Anyone know how to cook with frozen (out of shell) eggs? I froze them broken in muffin trays now I am trying to figure out my next steps.
I am really pushing for my money - refusing to do some work til some moolahs hit my bank so I have been promised some tomorrow, all liquidity 'reasons'
Money is flying out the door at present but I am really looking at how to best make money so fingers crossed my side hustle and the attendant parts all work out as planned... I am seeing 24% capacity sales on one thing already ... I am tracking % and monies and every day its climbing ...DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)

South_coast said:I offered £2.60 for a £3.00 item which had been listed for FOUR YEARS the other week - and it got rejected 🤦♀️! True, I'd only recently had a notification to say that they'd dropped the price from £6.00, but if you've not sold it in 4 years and are still trying to persevere, surely you're going to accept any offer you get 🤷♀️???
At this point, I think I would definitely throw in the towel!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
