    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £227,385
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Wahoo the trip went well, that is great.   And a lot to do means it is a struggle to fit the dating in.  I find that too but overall so worth it.


    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    I have never actually been to iceland - have just googled the cauli rice.  Wow what a find
