Thank you so much RedX l was so worried and now its a worry having nothing to worry about 🙄😂Redx said:Brilliant , so no judgement against the defendant so no CCJ , they won't pay out £275 for a set aside !!
Plus as mentioned above no court or judge will grant it if they couldn't be bothered to turn up , lol. 😁😁
You and hubby win , regardless , so sleep easy because there is not and won't be any CCJ !!
Just assume that it's over , we already have 😁😁😁👍👍👍
For interest , read the lay rep advice that Bargepole posted this morning , it's good advice for everyone, but it also has a template and advice etc on being a lay representative
Good luck to both of you 👍👍
I will have a look because she wasn't for letting me be put on the phone but when she almost immediately said about the striking out l presumed that was why.
She was very Judge Judy/Judge Rinder 🤣 so we didn't dare argue. I told hubby to address her as Judge too because he just said 'Mornin' in reply to her introduction so l gave him a dig 😂
I can laugh about it all now as the whole call was just over 3 mins after all my fretting on here.. l'll make that my bedtime reading though in case l ever have to represent or need a rep in the future. God l hope not but l did get a PP ticket at a leisure complex a year ago when l ran over time because l went to a restaurant on there after the film and didn't realise l should have put my reg in with them as there more than 3 hrs in total, which has gone quiet for now.
So be afraid l might be back but lm going hover around anyway to 'keep my hand in' and up to speed with everything as l loathe these PPC people with a passion.
Thank you, thank you thank you😊3
