Jolly good, hope you sent it to the local court and the solicitors?

And let us know what happens and don't forget that the Claimant missed a point in the Order entirely and your WS says nothing new so there was no disadvantage caused, and you hope the Judge understands that you tried to do everything right.
Yes local court. We are waiting for phonecall now as we haven't had any other instructions so hope that's how it works. Supposed to get a BTMeetme call between 10 and 12 today.  We are in an empty house l am selling atm as it is in a good signal area, bad signal at home.
Is this what we do as the order only says 'You will receive a BT Meet me call between... etc' We haven't had a text or email to say we need a code or anything.

At what point does my husband pass the phone to me (Preferably ASAP with his trac k record for saying the wrong thing!!!) It's his phone number we've given and going put on. speaker.
So presumably he answers it and does he say straight away he wants to put me on as his lay rrpresentative?

I will let you know definitely how we get on of course.
    Thank you so much.

and the solicitors by email and a hard copy to solics only as they say the don't accept served docs. thru email. But as they are not attending they can hardly complain its late arrival had any negative effect.

It looks like you won so why would you need to get it set aside?   The claimant failed to attend and if they wanted to, THEY would need to have it set aside and it would cost them £255 to do so.

They won't do that as thr court will view them dimly for making serial claims then flaking out wasting peoples time, they should really penalised like you would do if you failed to turn up at a magistrates, crown court or coroners court as a witness!  Even if they did it out of spite they'd and won they'd make most likely a loss!).

They seem to have a penchant for this unreasonable behaviour so should be banned from bulk litigations if they can't be bothered or not 100% committed to back up their sanctimonious claims of  righteousness!!!  Where do they get off on hounding people for years, wasting slots at county court (its not like there isn't a waiting list for genuine people who have been ripped off by rogue traders or clients needing these court slots - but are on a waiting list to due to the courts time being wasted by frivolous ex clampers!).

She didn't sound very impressed. She more or less said as we had bothered turn up and they hadnt  she was striking it out. Though she did say they'd requested their written submissions be considered instead  which she had 'had a look at' along with hubby's so she obviously wasn't impressed with their pages of jargon either. Hubby had made his very consice in contrast on advice of Coupon mad and Redx and mainly around signage lettering/font size and the fact he hadn't technically ' parked' and their non conformity to paragraph 8 as noticed  by Coupon Mad.

Brilliant , so no judgement against the defendant so no CCJ , they won't pay out £275 for a set aside !!

Plus as mentioned above no court or judge will grant it if they couldn't be bothered to turn up , lol. 😁😁

You and hubby win , regardless , so sleep easy because there is not and won't be any CCJ !!

Just assume that it's over , we already have 😁😁😁👍👍👍

For interest , read the lay rep advice that Bargepole posted this morning , it's good advice for everyone, but it also has a template and advice etc on being a lay representative

Good luck to both of you 👍👍
