Lol bill went up by 200?0

So if it correct I will be using 200 each month again since last estimate reading0

Put those readings to your supplier and see what comes out in the wash.
Then we can look at what is consuming the energy. Please stop thinking in terms of £ and concentrate on ACTUAL kWh
A shortage of meter reads coupled with wrong ones make it difficult to make any judgments.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
Thanks I been on live chat and they said it correct.0

Then it's correct.
Now more about your property - house, flat, age, how many live there, heating .................Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
It's around 3200sq and 5 people live here we haven't used heating since last year.0
-
....we haven't used heating since last year....... I don't believe you - it was a cold drawn out winter.
Look at this a different way.
Your meters were changed in 2016 (I can't read the yellow label - I'll assume August. The meters usually read 00000.0 when fitted
Your present Electric meter reads 25000 - thats 5000 kWh a year and costs £800/900
Your present Gas reads 10500 m3 - thats 118,000 kWh (24,000 a year ) and costs £750/800
Your total bills are approx £1700 a year £150 a month. A big house .... a big family.... no surprise (to me anyway)
Now you've got up to date - read those meters EVERY month and keep on top of things.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
Thank you can I move to a cheaper tariff. I will try and minimize my electric and gas and monitor it until next bill date September and let you know if it made a difference thanks for help enjoy the weekend.0

Quite probably.Harrywayon said:Thank you can I move to a cheaper tariff.
1) It is generally cheaper to have separate suppliers rather than one like you have.
2) Bear in mind that there may be a leaving penalty associated with you present supplier . £35? needs to be taken into account .
Put those consumption kWh figures into a comparison site like Citizens Advice or Which and look at the whole market.
Get that up to date bill - I think it will say you are in debit hence the change in DD from £114 to £200 . If your supplier will probably block any swop.
Concentrate on the energy you use. Read your meters daily and track where it goes - with 5 people I suspect showers and cooking.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1
