If you provide them with proper regular readings then they won’t need to use high estimates. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I have but it still high. I also had last year a credit balance over 600 but the next quarterly bill came and wiped out credit balance and added over 800 on top?0

Read that Gas again ! Watch our for the decimal points and ignore figures after the decimal point.Harrywayon said:

What are your actual reading today? More or less than 24230 for electricity and 10005 for gas?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
@Harrywayon I note you are on a dual fuel . Generally separate suppliers are cheaper for Gas and Electric.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Thanks I may switch but I just recieved this 500 bill and my next bills September . Is this right £500 every 3 months or is there any faults maybe.0

As Robin said, you need to double check your readings and make sure that you have any decimals in the right place. You need accurate usage to be able to properly compare other providers. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

@Harrywayon on the basis of the my earlier post - that £500 is correct - but there are a lot of Estimated readings which may result in a lower (or higher) bill. Read those meters again please.
The fundamental question is why are you such a high user ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Ok thanks . So if it right is it normally or is it high or very high thanks0
-
It's about twice the "average" - so my question again is why ? A big old house ?
But first get todays readings to the supplier. Have you reread that gas meter ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
