Gas and electric help please

Thanks I did the reading again and bill increased by £200+. I'm not sure house is old but could it be the meter as it was installed by old company and eon  said it old version . They are looking to increase the direct debit from 120 a month to over 400.

your last actual reading on the bill on your 1st post was "09527 A" how can this now be 101475?? clearly a problem somewhere with the reading.

Thank you will notify eon I though we only had 1 meter so gave incorrect but eon  said it right

If you’re not sure, take a photo of the meter reading and post it up here.

A credit/debit balance is only valid if it is based on an actual meter reading and then only for the day on which the statement was raised. Even if you have used no energy, any credit balance will have reduced the following day as a result of the daily standing charge.
