There's a lot of Estimated readings here to make any practical comments.

Very roughly 5819 kWh of electric will cost £1100 a year; 24,548 kWh of gas  £800.   So £1900 a year = approx £500 a quarter

You are a high electric user and an even higher gas user

Read those meters more often.

If you provide E-on with a meter reading they will be able to provide an accurate bill, otherwise it's just based on their estimate.  What are your actual reading today?  More or less than 24230 for electricity and 10005 for gas?

Thanks is it on a very high level or normal. Also my smart meter is old generation so eon  can't take direct readings. I also didn't realize we had 2 meters one for gas and one for electric so I gave a wrong reading. Eon  have said everything right and in order to generate a 0 balance they will charge me 400 a month
