I presume you are billed 6 monthly - those online accounts can be difficult to read - they show the credits made but not the cost of energy till the statement is produced.

Make sure the gas reading is in cubic feet or cubic metres (some meters also display in kWh).

Read the meter on the wall, not the portable device in the kitchen.

Make sure the bill matches the meter (imperial/metric).

Ignore any numbers to the right of the decimal point and any dials or numbers in red.

Presumably you pressed button 9 to get this reading. 

The gas reads 10147    Did you actually send the 101475 ?  If so no wonder you got a request for a very high DD.

Electric reads 24800 (decimal)6    - lines up with your earlier 24732

I will update it now if it 10147 do I put 00 as it asking for 7digits thanks

Your suppliers website should give some guidance - I would expect  you enter as 0010147
