Liver & bacon is gross wherever it's from. I was very anaemic as a teenager & the doctor told my mother that I needed to eat a lot of liver & I do not mean well cooked liver either. Totally disgusting & to top it off didn't help either. As for bacon it is full of preservatives another no no in this household along with sausages although there is a local butcher who makes his own which I do eat (if someone else buys them).

Interestingly no one mentioned the 48 hour rule at work.............I wonder why?
Any how I did the day, felt washed out/run over, out of 5 classes 4 were decent. Sorted out my room and picked up my exams to mark. had to do some report stuff as well that I totally forgot about!
Had to make a dash to the chemist - my chemist are LOVELY people.
Had difficult conversation with mum which wasn't fun. It is going to be a busy half term. I am hopeful that I can make some changes and stop the chaos.
