I am sure the instructions on the co2 monitor are to place it about a metre away from any gas boiler/heater.  So make sure it is.  No reason to avoid HRT unless you have something which makes it contra indicated.  I was on it for over 25 yrs & the worst thing I ever did was come off it.
  • And tell your doctor about unchecked gas appliances.  The standard blood tests (including the usual O2 sats measurements) don't pick up high CO2.

We have an alarm, by the boiler. Mum says they have been checked...............I will pursue when in half term. But thank you, I didn't know they needed checking so will make sure they are.

I genuinely think it is because for me it is because the house is so hot (23 degrees) Poor Mum is always cold.

I have had a rotten day feeling rotten. Mainly period related I think but also the absolute exhaustion of not enough sleep this week and I wonder if I have some kind of illness, dizzy spells at work plus the headaches and tiredness. Really hard to know what is going on to be honest. Is it just post covid stuff?  mum is having an awful time too, her hands look terrible and she is very tired. I suggested we both go to the doctors. I don't actually want to go as am afraid they will sign me off. But maybe I should.

Didn't even come close to making a roast, had beans and poached egg on toast. done 1995 steps all day. At this point I am not going to work tomorrow. Bummer as it means missing my second job too.

    Will have to see...

Doc won't sign you off against your will unless you're infectious. X
  • So tired again. Mum isn't well. Been a very difficult evening.

Work is horrendous. It has become a place of competition and nit picking people are so unhappy.

Half term is coming. I just need to hang on.
