It is Thursdayitis
Monday I work late, Tuesday is food delivery or pet clean, Wednesday is kitchen and bins and then on a Thursday nothing to do but I still need to do pet care, pills, blanket, work, dishwasher, washing - all normal stuff but by Thursday I am sick of it. Sick of shoving crap in cupboards, balancing the dishwasher load. All the tiny irritations that drive you mental that by Thursday.
I read a post by a woman who has decluttered her house in 5 days. After getting rid of those 12 bags there was so much more room. This was in response to someone asking about how to care for herself whilst caring for her mum.
definitely need to focus on the decluttering. Sanctuary. peace.Nevertheless she persisted.2 -

So long as I can get through tomorrow I am planning to do some garden shed related sorting and chucking. Mum has ended up with some of my stuff in her shed and I know I have room for it or can get rid of it now. The weather is meant to be decent enough on Saturday. Hopefully I will be able to get up early and empty it, or them. The whole gather rubbish, take to the tip situation and then reorganise, there is also a lot of stuff in mum's shed that I can use up and then use the space for other stuff.
My headache has gone which is a relief.

Does your headache go over the weekend? I get one of these every time I stay at my friends. Can you take a lot of fresh air breaks? Not easy I know but you may actually get more done than not doing. Those heaters kill the air.
