I was looking for Daniel and Chelsea's case. They were ticketed in Nottingham. I came across Caspar and sent a PM with a link to the above. Caspar's case was in Nottingham.

Just submitted my email to the MHCLG and received the below reply...I sent it through Outlook to keep a copy in my Sent Items.
I used the same Email address provided in the link - anyone else get the same message or should I re-send via the link?

Thank you for your email. This inbox is not regularly monitored. If you have an enquiry relating to parking policy, please submit it through the MHCLG website: https://forms.communities.gov.uk/

Well, @D_P_Dance will be proud of me, I've followed his ubiquitous advice and am grateful to @Jenni_D for the ideas for the letter.

    More still to do.
Me too but we could do with a letter from a Newark constituent. Newark is Robert Jenrick's constituency.
1:If you are writing to your MP it is important that if you are a constituent you provide your full address as they will not reply otherwise.

2:If you are writing to a Minister such as Mr Jenrick who is the
Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government who is in control of the new code of practice for private parking, you should still include your address

Secretary of State should reply but don't expect anything that makes sense. They all have a PA who will probably send an auto-response
REGARDLESS. an auto response tells you that your compaint has been received. Keep the auto response

I think that it's important that Robert Jenrick receives letters from his constituents as well as in his capacity as Secretary of State.

Totally agree .. it is his constituents that allowed him into government and those in Newark should make their voice heard loudly because they are subject to the scam as well

Highly possible that the local media could help and drive the message home

I think that trisontana is from the Southwell/Newark area. They have been a regular poster on this forum. I have sent them a message.
