Even easier would be to omit fake add on charges in the first place.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4

You cannot charge for something that has not yet happened.
I know the parking industry don't want a price cap but to try to increase the parking charge ... well ?
I bet the tech consultation is full of crazy ideas from the parking industry
MHCLG must understand they are dealing with voters and one wrong move ... they have a problem

Two MPs contacted by family members so far. My complaint included a request to contact Sir Gregg Knight and Robert Jenrick to warn them that the proposed changes breached the PoFA 2012 and the EA 2010.I married my cousin. Judging from AF's comment, hysteria has probably set in.

Regarding the consultation nobody is influencing people undertaking the consultation as too what to comment. There is no cutting and pasting on the comments. We all may have elements of the consultation that are important to us as individuals.
I was particularly affected by Tyler Christopher's story. It horrified me as to how someone who had done so much for their country could be treated.
I also would like to see the Single Tier Appeals system be fair enough to greatly reduce the pipeline of claims so that there much less that result in court action. That has to be better for the parking operators surely. It will certainly be better for the courts as they will be able to spend more time on the backlog of family cases.
I would also like to see debt collection start after the court judgment and the regulation of the debt collectors by the FCA.

Does anyone have any friends or relatives in Newark that would be happy to send Jenni's letter to their MP please?
I know some people in that area but they are not close friends or relatives.

Well, @D_P_Dance will be proud of me, I've followed his ubiquitous advice and am grateful to @Jenni_D for the ideas for the letter.More still to do.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
