They expect you to ignore their administrative error?

Did their letter go on to say that "due to this unfortunate mistake we have cancelled the parking charge"?

So those clowns dropped another boll**K chasing you and now want another bite at thr cherry?!?  All the mote ammo to beat them at court with and more evidence of unreasonable behaviour to present to the judge. Their names are mud with most judges and they took 2 big spanking in court this week. I don't know why they are so greedy, incompetent, hypocritical, dishonest, unscrupulous, vindictive, self entitled and feel they can act above the law!?! They need a Civil Restraint Order as they've been abusing our court system for years! 

yeah honestly its a shame what they are doing. Making life living hell for people.

Just as a reminder, initially the id been invoiced by them fir "" Contravention: 101) PARKED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF THE PARKING TARIFF FOR THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION MARK OF THE VEHICLE ON SITE"

they read this thread, realised they'd made an admin error as there was actually no pay and display option, and now sent a new invoice with the new contravention " 18) VEHICLE PARKED IN A PERMIT AREA WHILST NOT REGISTERED AS A VALID PERMIT HOLDER FOR THE CAR PARK/SITE"


this was all for something that happened in early july of this year

The new NTK will have arrived outside the timeframes specified by the PoFA 2012 para 8 or para 9 depending whether or not a NTD was issued.
This will be irrelevant however if the PPC knows the identity of the driver.
