I have just sent off the SAR to the company and their representative law firm.
Following the newbies thread as advised, am i right in thinking that i now sit back and wait? or have i missed anything that I now need to do in the meantime?
Thank you.
30 days hold notice to the legals , or to the PPC if they are doing their own legal work
Sit back and wait , do the government consultation survey ASAP , if not done already1 -

How long do they have to send a court claim form (ie the next step)? for example to they have a cut off time or can they pop up out of nowhere a few months/ years down the line? thanks.
Also can seem to find the government consultation survey? is this the one you are on about:

Hi all,
Just wondering how long they have until they can proceed with formal court proceedings. E.g can i be expected to not hear back for months/years or do they have to pursue this within a set time period? thanks0 -

hi all, you will never guess what. VCS have been reading the forums and have sent a new invoice hahah! instead the contravention code is as follows:
18) VEHICLE PARKED IN A PERMIT AREA WHILST NOT REGISTERED AS A VALID PERMIT HOLDER FOR THE CAR PARK/SITE.
hahahaha seems like they are doing their homework. So they have started sending through their initial "scary letters" from the beginning again.
in their letter they state they can "confirm due to an administrative error during the initial issuing of the parking charge, the contravention on the notice was incorrect"
same crap different day

They expect you to ignore their administrative error?
Did their letter go on to say that "due to this unfortunate mistake we have cancelled the parking charge"?
Will they be ignoring any administrative errors you have made or might make?
I think not.4
