    Maybe the broker has access to the tracker?

    Ask them, they may be able to tell you what is left on the process.

    We’ve just been asked whether there’s a buyer incentive by the surveyor so that they can sign off the report.

    Surely this is the last hurdle and we’ll hear soon…I say, hopefully.

    Our MA has said after squeezing a painful reply from him that the tracker just shows .
    "With the underwriter. " 

    Our Valuation was done the 9th August and all ok. 

    Anyone know how long is acceptable to wait for an offer it's been 3 weeks now.

    Did anyone receive a text from Halifax conveyancers before they got their offer? My tracker shows 'checking your incoming and outgoings' but the valuation is complete (done electronically).

    I was supposed to have a desktop valuation done tomorrow. I have just had an email saying they have decided to do an in person valuation but not until next Tuesday! 😫 should I be concerned?

    No! Nothing to do with you - it might just be down to the person doing the valuation and how they prefer to do it :)

    My partner just turned his work phone on and we had a WhatsApp messaged from our broker yesterday to say our offer has been issued !  So we could have known yesterday haha . 

    So relieved . 
    We started 29th July till now . Our vendor need us to exchange and complete September . So shouldn't take long now searches etc all done and ready X 

    Good luck all .

    We’ve just had an update from our MA - the valuation report was signed off last Tuesday and our application was in final checks on Thursday.

    Apparently the address of our plot (new build) changed slightly between applying and the surveyor completing the report so lenders have had to change it their end which is the only thing now holding us up!

    Has anyone had similar happen? Any ideas how long it takes them to process changes before sending out offers?
