Halifax timeline

We had our DIP on Wednesday and application submitted that afternoon. Valuation booked for next Wednesday so joining the waiting game! We are FTB with a nonstandard set of circumstances so we are nervous!

I received a copy of the valuation report yesterday . All figures ok to lend etc..... So now to keep waiting.   Timeline so far 
29/07/21 AIP received 
29/07/21 Full app submitted by broker

29/07/21 1 hard search and soft affordability on credit reports. 

06/08/21 Valuation booked for 9th . 
12/08/21 receive a copy of valuation in the post . All ok. 
Mortgage broker back in today Saturday so will see if any news X

Can I join this? Trying to remortgage to Halifax. 

13/08 AIP received 
14/08 Full application submitted with Halifax advisor, which has been referred! 

Strangely though the valuation has been done electronically and the advisor said that was sufficient. The house is actually worth about 215k and they valued at 267k giving a ltv of about 48%. 

Other than that affordability is good (they said they could offer another 50k) and we have two years mortgage payments behind us. 

Negatives are my partner has a 5 year old mobile phone default (£48, Settled) and their system says we aren't showing on the electoral roll even though we are on all credit report providers. 

Really worried now though as it's been referred :-(. Should hear back on Thursday.

The Halifax tracker is fantastic. Even though everything was completed in a few days.
