Morning all,
Thinking of you this morning Piggers, hope you're okay.
I was up at 5am chasing a fox away that was skulking around the chicken coop... and my drains are blocked again so my house smells like a toilet - !!!!!!.....
DD deposited at school, F&V bought from the market, WM swishing with dog bedding, DS doing his online learning. I have showered too.
Will report back in later, love to all xx8 -
Morning all,
Just about keeping going with the dailies - some of them at least. HHI first thing in the marginally cooler kitchen. 2nd load swishing in the wm.
Trying to summon up energy to flick the duster around.
Back later, assuming some flying has been done to warrant a post. Or I might just have to make some up 😉
Love, hugs, sticks and spoons xx

Sorry some of you are having a difficult time.
Managed a run soon after 8.30am which is early for me, didn't melt. The temp seems to be dropping here a little at a time; still hot but I am determined to do the ParkRun on Sat even if I have to walk it carrying an umbrella as a parasol.
Something, hopefully the hedgehog(s) ate the food in their new restaurant......
Did flower arrangement for drum tutor who seemed very pleased and touched. Drumming is hotter than I expected, so did a lot of talking in between. Dropped Mr N off at local dragonfly/bird lake on my way to drum lesson and picked him up afterwards having played with his new camera.
Seem to be inundated with long phone calls from friends and family today, nice but time-consuming. Also long chat with lovely neighbour, also time-consuming, she has also seen the hedgehog so is happy to put the food out while we're away.
Made a gooseberry fool with the fruit I picked yesterday. Must have a serious fruit and veg picking session(s) in the next 2 days before we go away.
Watering, minor house stuff, bit of admin etc. I need to really leap into action tomorrow.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10 -
Morning xx
It's the wet patch on the chair rallying round to pop in and cheer you all on. 😊
I've been using all my spoons at work so apart from straighten my bed - can't call it making the bed because I've been laid on top of the covers all week - and making sure there's food and water for the birds I've done nowt.
Hoping for a less challenging day at the paid stuff then home and weekend woot woot. Already regret saying that I would work on Monday but heyho - it means I get the Friday off next week.
I'm reading along and I really am cheering you all on from the sidelines - you're my best friends ❤
