Back again.  Weather's not brilliant, a bit overcast but at least it's dry.  Have already done 2 loads of washing and got them on the line, have washed a couple of nets by hand and they're drip drying on the line (almost dry already) and have the bedding in the machine so that will be going out in the half hour or so!  That's the wash bin finally empty but of course not for long!

I definitely enjoyed the fry up @bubbs!  Was a bit hungry from not eating much last night but much better this morning!  Sorry to hear your filling has fallen out.  Hope it's not causing you any pain and that you can get an urgent appointment for Monday.  Is your dentist not open on a Saturday?  Mine opens Saturday mornings and can often fit people in if it's an emergency, maybe worth a call at least?

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
    L - tuna mayo & cucumber sandwich - HEB; P; S; 1
    D - chickpea, squash and aubergine tagine, couscous - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - LF sausages 2; LTL mayo 1; couple of rum & ginger beer 5

Hoping there's going to be some of the tagine left for me to have for lunch on Monday as DH will be at golf.  Will save me having to decide what to have as I'm on my own.  DH usually just has a sandwich when he comes in!

    Have a good day everyone.

@Suffolksue an STS is brilliant after a couple of weeks off plan.  I'm sure that 1 stone award will be yours before too long.  Back on plan this week and you'll be collecting it next week!  Hope the raffle was worth winning - ours usually aren't!  I won it the week when I had the gain and it was a soup mug & a tin of soup - of a variety I don't even eat!  The soup went back in the SOTW box the following week!

Well done on your STS @Suffolksue. 🤞for your stone award next week.

Still absolutely perplexed why you're not losing @bubbs. Have you any ideas from your consultant? 🤔

I'm amazed how much washing you get through @joedenise. I did a small wash today and line dried it. I have some whites in the basket and if I do that tomorrow then there will be nothing left. 😁

DH insisted that I have 2 bites from his Crunchie today. 🤣 Fortunately I have loads of syns to spare so I agreed. Probably 3 syns.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S)
L- JP, baked beans (F), beetroot, cornichons (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), carrot chips, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (S)
    Syns - Crunchie 3, weekend wine 😁
