Hope everything is OK as you've been missing lately. (((hugs))) XXI Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy2 -
Missed you, how are you doing

Hi everyone, I apologise for not not posting - well giving up really.
I was getting a little fed up posting the ‘same old, same old’ and in many ways things haven’t changed much, but life goes on and I suppose what I do and how I go about my life has changed very little really, but I could do with getting back to being more frugal (accountable) but at the same time enjoying life more whilst I’m able. So with that in mind I will post my losses and gains either in monetary terms or livings terms.Briefly, I’m still saving towards the dreaded canopy, and hopefully my next door neighbours are replacing theirs this year as well, so we will be working together on that ie use the same people and have them replaced at the same time, fingers crossed.
Moneywise, I have lost the plot a little, but I’m not in debt but back to living month to month, not saving anything other than what is always allocated (canopy, EF etc) so that could be improved somewhat as long as I can stop buying ‘stuff’ for the garden and Lottie!
I’m also back to going to sw and so far lost just over a stone, this is an investment in myself as I want to be as healthy as I can possibly be, as I live on my own and want to stay in my own home. I must admit I’m feeling much better in myself and can fit in my jeans with room to spare now! So I won’t be giving that up any time soon. I’m actually eating much better as I seemed to be getting ‘toast’ dependent 🙂
I get paid next week and will manage to hit the end of the month solvent in my current account but there won’t be much left so next month I will be back to better budgeting and hopefully there will be enough money to last more weeks than needed. I think some of the problem is the same as everyones, that is every bill has risen more than we actually receive either in wage increases or with me a pension increase and there has been a little of ‘I’m going to spend it before it’s taken by these greedy so and so’s’ anyway I digress and I will try to post most days but sometimes I just stay in and do nothing🤣
Tomorrow I’m off to granny sit my dgs for the day,I usually look after him on a Tuesday but it’s tomorrow as well as his other granny is on holiday at the moment. He is three now and come September will qualify for some free nursery hours, so I might be getting made redundant then, anyway I shouldn’t be spending anything but you never know!!I’ll call it a day as it’s an early start for me tomorrow and as one of the roads I go on is closed at the moment and I will have to find a diversion. Thanks to anybody who reads this and whilst I’m at dds tomorrow I will have a catch up, as it’s an age since I’ve been on mse, I haven’t been on at all and I apologise for that.
