Be careful with street view here the on road images are 2021 and you can actually see signs all along the fence, which don't appear on the on site images. You need your own photos

The story behind it is that Halfords used to rent the land off Wing Yip for store parking. A while ago Halfords decided not to rent it anymore. UKPS who "manage" the Wing Yip car park decided it would be a good idea to leave the car park markings there and trap the Halford customers, many of whom had been shopping there for years and used those spaces.
Out of interest, as no parking is allowed at any time, presumably there can be no contract for parking and no breach of contract. Wouldn't it just be trespass if you parked there?

Wouldn't it just be trespass if you parked there? There cannot be a contract to do something that is forbidden, and the worst case scenario is that this is a simple case of trespass, which is down to the landowner to prosecute, not some chancer of a parking firm. Get a grip, Mr Yip!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As expected, appeal with UKPS rejected
I hope they take me to court1 -
Now see if you can be one of the 4% of victims who actually win an IAS ‘appeal’...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As long as you are within 21 days of rejection, we are coming around to thinking that failed IAS appeals are harmless because you can point out to a Judge that only 4% are allowed and it's a kangaroo court. And several PPCs drop out and don't contest them if people put in good evidence and keep replying when the IAS ask if you want to respond - play tennis with them, knowing if you lose you won't be paying.
Looks better to a Judge later.
No templates for IAS. Don't write it like a POPLA appeal. Go heavy on evidence photos and legal argument.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When I attempt entering the PCN and vehicle registration I see the below message on theias.org. Am I supposed to receive a different number from the UKPS scammers?
Your PCN or Registration Number has not been recognised. Please try again.
Please Note: If you have had your appeal rejected and you have been told to enter your appeal on this site but keep receiving this message; please contact the operator that issued the charge for assistance.
The IAS will not have the information to assist you at this stage.0 -
Only ukps can answer your queries , clearly you are prevented from appealing due to a glitch or deliberate obfuscation 😁😁🤣🤣3
