Another early one with work taxi service as I wanted to visit one of my referees and drop off the job description.

Popped in b ooo ts and purchased deodorant, mascara and nail strengthener ( I may have been biting my nails recently )

I did a trial meeting and my new LT has a wide angle camera so I have to clear a large space in the kitchen first thing tomorrow. DH can drive himself.

I’m working on my interview example but want to be in bed soon as I have been looking tired and older than my age.

I've had a couple of days with reduced screen time - I knew I was frittering away too much time on scrolling and meaningless telly - what I didn't quite realise was how addicted I am to it. So hard not to keep reaching for the phone 'just to check' - aiming for moderation now. Lots of reflection and scribbling been done.

Not so much flying but I did wash the bath mats yesterday and I've stripped my bed this morning - WM is merrily swishing as I type. Oh, and I ate 4 of my 5 a day yesterday as I up the healthy eating and down the pizza intake....after noting that I have gained nearly TWO stones since August 2020. So that's why my clothes have shrunk so much. Ooops.

First task today is to complete an A-Z order working from my scribbles. Then I'll get dressed and peg out the washing before my second brew and breakfast....it's a plan.

No flying yet again yesterday *sigh*. Work all day, then I became a driving instructor for a couple of hours in the evening. Wrung out after a couple of sleepless nights, and thoughts that I don’t want floating about in my head. But last night, I slept all night - such a relief.
So today…bed stripped, wm on. Just having a cuppa then I will remake the bed. DH is off work again - using up leave as we won’t be using it to go away any time soon. He is planning on going to the allotment shortly, although the promised sunny day is currently cloudy and overcast. I am on driving duties again later.
Jobs for today:
remake bed
s&s bathrooms
paint small bedroom ceiling
check on gh
paint / touch up garden bench with remaining paint - yes I know, who am I kidding that this one will get done.

Good morning, hope everyone is having a good week. 

My list for today:

• Make a short video for a job application - DONE
• Put food out for the birds - DONE
• Get DH to take photos that are needed for a job application - DONE
• Finish applying for the 2 jobs in my inbox. - 1 complete and 1 in progress
• Sweep and mop the bathroom floor - DONE
• Do paid stuff - DONE
• Check and update banking records. - DONE
• Dust the laptop - DONE
• Remove 100 emails from inbox - DONE
• Sort out the desktop on laptop - DONE

I think that is everything that I need to tackle today. Hope everyone has a good Thursday.

Grumpy dog is poorly again. He got us up 3 times in the night to go outside. The grass hadn't been cut since we got back last weekend, and DH decided a run was more important yesterday, so I was out there at 7am with the strimmer after poo picking (not easy! And I missed a couple!!). Then breakfast, empty food bin & shower before paid stuff. Picnic is packed, and grumpy dog is staying outside sleeping in the shade.

I got on fine at the horse piddle yesterday until I stood up - then I began dripping blood everywhere as the blood supply suddenly increased to the arm which had had a cannula inserted!  Fortunately it stopped very quickly and no permanent damage was done to me or the horse piddle floor!

Going to Millennium City today to visit my two little godchildren.   Need to finish off a cake first and S&S the kitchen!

Iona, take care, my love. We don’t need any more poorlies amongst our flylady family.
I seem to have dragged everything out this morning. 2 loads of washing outside, although it looks very much like rain rather than the promised wall to wall sunshine. Card delivered to friend. Bathrooms s&s. Last bits of shopping put away from Monday’s delivery, which tidied up the dining room a bit. Still waiting for DD to be ready to go out driving, then I might actually get to painting that flipping ceiling.
