Only you know if there are 2 machines there and no instructions or an arrow at the covered machine, about an alternative way to pay or where any second machine is.

Im not sure if there is a second machine I can go and find out though, definitely wasn’t any arrows though

Their schedule appears to show 2 machines, with machine 2 payments listed after the last entry for machine 1.

Upon looking at the log I was there at 15:39 and this says someone paid at 15:37 and 15:38 there was nobody else there apart from me and one other person who walked of talking with me, I am not entirely convinced this is for the same carpark

I did ask that...look at my first question about the log.

It does say the correct street for the car park but it does look dubious, 

1. it says template version 2.1
2. It just says the street name nothing else
3. At given time it says others were present when there was not.

If there is cctv this would back that up,

Can I question them regarding this evidence?

The email they sent says I can request more as long as I state this in the next 10 days

This is an email I have drafted in response, I really have no clue if I have leg to stand on as I did no pay, but was under the impression I didn’t need ti, also the machine were covered up, any help is appreciated, if I have nothing I can do I will just have to pay up?

Hi.

Upon receipt of the log you have supplied, there are a few issues that need to be raised.

1. The time of arrival was 15:39, the log states that 2 people used these machines at 15:37 and 15:38, there is a passenger in the vehicle in question that can back up no one was on the car park at this time apart from one other person which CCTV would back this claim up,

2. The log only states the name of the car park and doesn’t seem to be an official document,

3. The machines were covered on the day of incident 

4. Is there a reason this document is template version 2.1? This seems to indicate this document has been amended.

There is no CCTV of people held by the parking firm as that's not what they do.
