Another legal who does not want to go to court .... offering a deal ??

The deal is ..... £100 parking charge which you already dispute and .... A FAKE ADD-ON BY BWLEGAL OF £60 ?

BWLegal has never been able to explain this FAKE apart from a feeble reason that the BPA code of practice says they can ..... of course we and judges know that this is a fabrication to extort money, it is a feeble attempt of double recovery

There is NO legal authorisation for the FAKE £60 AND IF THIS DOES GO TO COURT, will BWL sign a statement of truth that the fake £60 is real ?

In truth, this fake was added to the BPA code of practice .. A blatant BPA scam called the OSNER scam.

Most judges will dismiss the fake add-on and interest claim which means if you lost, the most you would pay is £185 ....... IF YOU WIN, you owe nothing and you can claim costs of about £95

Why would you lose, with the help of this forum ?

A payment plan is dangerous as it could well end up on your credit file

You might get another bite of a 30-day delay for seeking debt advice. This is a further Letter Of/Before Claim (are you sure it's relating to the same charge as previously - check reference numbers).  If you want further delay, reply to this as per NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post near to the June deadline they have given you, then you could (might) be given a second 30-day debt advice delay.

Alternatively send them a response basically saying 'bring it on, let's get a judge to deal with this soonest', because I don't see many NCP claims going the full mile, most are discontinued. If they're not going to discontinue, you might as well get it over with and get to a hearing for a judge to decide.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It's your choice, based on whether you want the claim in June/July or whether you want to delay it till August or so. Surely if's just a common sense call, based on when you have holiday booked or are likely to have your busiest time at work.

I’ll see if I can get another 30 days out of them, it will be the third time now, usually when I request 30 days they disappear for months

    What rubbish.

It is quite clear to anyone that they have received your email but are choosing to ignore it.

If they hadn't received your email, then why have they sent that response you have shown us?
