Debt Recovery Plus - terminal notice, pre-legal action

Hi there, I have read the newbies threads and lots of other threads and I am absolutely so sorry for posting this as it's against newbie rules but I have really struggled to understand whether I need to action this or carry on ignoring? I am scared so have looked for key words in the thread etc but still don't know the difference! I am having a difficult time financially and really don't want to face legal action. Don't know if this is scaremongering or not.

What did the NEWBIE sticky say to do with Debt Collector Letters?3

Debt collector letter , no 30 days notice , no financial forms , so not an LBC !! You can ignore
But it's likely that the LBC stage will arrive , with those missing items , which will need addressing
Followed by a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton on behalf of Premier Park , at some point before the 6 year deadline !3 -

You have received a few sheets of poor quality bog paper. It contains personal data so you should delete it.
Debt collectors are powerless and can be ignored.
What happened when you complained to the landowner/bar owner/manager? That is Plan A and it is never too late to get a landowner cancellation. Did you tell them that neither you, your family, nor friends can afford to eat/drink there if it comes with a charge from an unregulated parking company every time, and you won't be returning unless this is cancelled?
Did you appeal to Premier Park Ltd? If so, did you reveal the driver's identity?
Did you appeal to PoPLA?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Of course it's stressful , but nobody would recommend paying
If you lost in court , pay in full on your way out , typically £175 to £200 for a loss in court3 -

Becuse you have received a letter from DRP does not mean it will go further.
DRP are faking the amount owed so please read this thread.
I do like the boxes pointing you to the silly threats. Sort of things the kids will learn, probably playschoolDRP (Debt Recovery Plus) ..... Group Thread to ensure DRP are ignored

Ignoring a PCN has not been advised here since the law changed in 2012. There is nothing stopping you from making a late appeal, but it will probably be rejected.
I didn't ask if you had given them your identity, I asked if the driver's identity had been revealed. As far as the law is concerned they are two different people. The keeper has protections in law that the driver does not.
If you or any other occupants of the car were customers of the bar, I would send a complaint using the very words I have advised, and include proof of patronage. Let them know their actions have resulted in the loss of several customers.
I would also leave a bad review on Tripadvisor and/or their website.
