But the £170 they are asking for is a similar amount , so better to let a judge decide on legal grounds2

If you lost in court , pay in full on your way out , typically £175 to £200 for a loss in court
DRP cannot take you to court, although Premier Park can.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -
I'll contact the landowner again. The threads are useful but with so many acronyms it can be really confusing to know which letters to ignore or not. It also says 'don't pay, don't ignore' which is contradictory in the video on the help page. Some of the comments here say that I am likely to receive LBC? Which is then legal action, which I am trying to avoid :S0

It's not in your control , you are a fish on the hook , they are playing with you , tiring you out , even though they can reel you in at any time , it's a process that they follow
LBC is pre Court stage , you are not there yet , so the debt collectors are scaring you , but are powerless , no win , no fee !!
A landowner cancellation is your best option , it ALWAYS is2 -

bear in mind that court nowadays is over a phone call or video link , from your home, as a conference call , rarely in person, due to covid19

These cases are easy to defend, no CCJ risk and we even have a template defence. Can't get simpler.
Parking firms are not scary. I think they are more scared of me and this forum generally...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The landowner said he can't help unless I can prove I put in the wrong registration number. He told me to appeal to Popla..0

I doubt that premier Park will give you a valid Popla code , so tell him to tell PP to either give you a valid Popla code or cancel the PCN1
