@Fruitcake might it be worth @rubyjones13 telling the landowner that, if this goes to court, they will be listed as a witness so they need to provide the name, contact details and dates of non-availability for someone to attend - and it might focus the grey matter between their ears?

I would, and I think most of the regulars here would as well.

How did this pan out? I am up to the pre-legal action on four tickets I received on the same piece of land over a couple years period. Two of them they just woke back up and sent letters using their Gladstone Brookes letterhead instead this week. Just wondering how long they will keep bothering to do this before I get to speak to a judge?

NB the land I was parked on is not actually owned by the person employing the parking company to issue tickets. It is a piece of land the local council believes they own

Gladstone Brooks are nothing to do with parking cases.

Now that is very important.  You should get that in writing from the Council and submit it in response to any LBC.

@rubyjones13 hasn't been active since December 2022. This thread is hers but hasn't followed up but reading between the lines, is probably a one percenter.

@glockyyy, it would be best if you start your own thread where you will get bespoke advice.
